This is one of your benefits for being a NOCOAC member. YAH! So take advantage of this perk!

Every member can be in the show. It is not a juried show for admission.


This is the first annual show and we’ll have one each year in October.

As a member’s benefit – this show is FREE; there are no application fees or application to fill out.

We are presenting this as professional art show with RULES and DEADLINES that will be followed.


1.      Show: the show will run from Oct 6th through Nov. 30th at NOCOAC Headquarters, Unit A

2.      You must be a member of NOCOAC to enter. If you are not already a member and wish to be in the show, you must fill out a membership application and pay the membership fee ($45.00) prior to Sept. 11th. You, then, can be in the show.  

a.      Membership fee is not prorated - $45.00 is for the rest of this year, only

b.     Membership application can be found on the website (scroll to bottom of page) or at the gallery 

3.      Entry: ONE art piece per artist

4.      2D work must not be any larger than 16"x20" unframed

a.      2D work must have wire hanger, not saw-tooth

b.     It will not be accepted if it doesn’t have a wire hanger

5.      3D work - no larger than 16"x20"x12"​

Jill Atchison will be the juror

  • She is Executive Director of Thompson Valley Art League, Loveland 

  • We will not have specific media categories, this year

    • Award ribbons will be given for 1st through 6th, 3 Honorable Mentions Certificates and a People’s Choice Award Certificate

      • People’s Choice voting will be done during the Reception / Fall Festival on Oct. 6th, 5:30-8:30pm

DEADLINES TO REMEMBER: They will be observed

  1. September 11th: email Candi ( the title, price and photo of the piece you are entering

    • If you can not email a photo of your piece, that can be done when you deliver your art on the 25th

    • In your email to Candi ( let her know you can not send a photo of your work and it will need to be photographed later.

      • If you don’t email – call Candi with the information 502-295-5592

        • Photos are being used for the website that will have all the show entries   

    • If you don't email this info, you WILL NOT be able to participate in the show

  2. September 25th: drop off art piece between 10-1pm at NOCOAC Headquarters, Unit A

    • Art work is to have a label on back with artist name, title and price

    • If you are not able to make this time, please contact Candi ( to arrange another time

    • You MAY NOT just drop off your art at the gallery

  3. September 28th: Art work will be hung by NOCOAC board

  4. Oct. 6th, 5:30-8:30: Reception and opening night

    • Art will be for sale but can't be removed until after the show

      • Exceptions will be reviewed 

  5. December 1st: Art work pick up, - time to be determined 

All the entries/winners will be posted on website after Oct. 6th reception.
