DOTTIE LIRETTE

Growing up in Colorado foothills west of Denver, drawing and creating art were my favorite pastimes. A degree in art led to a career as an art educator allowing me to share my passion for art with students of all ages. Painting full time in both oils and watercolors became a reality several years ago.

Barns, old trucks, beaver dams, gardens, shiny Airstreams...are all fair game for painting inspirations both locally and globally as I search for unique perspectives, dramatic light and interesting subjects for my canvases.
