TIM RUSSELL

A graduate of Eastern Michigan University in 1973, Tim has enjoyed a successful career in business over the years, whether they be start-up projects or long-term ventures. 

 

His love of creating works of art led him to pursue a serious study of painting in 2004.  Excitedly he is entering the field of oil painting full time.  His palette displays a tenacious work ethic, clear thinking, and determination. 

 

He has studied with several renowned artists and has travelled the world seeking subject matter.  While living near San Diego, the beauty and variety of landscapes near his home inspired many of his images.  Moving to Fort Collins, Colorado in 2019, he is enjoying painting in plein air, where he obtains real life experiences in the vastness of the Rocky Mountains, bringing freshness and clarity to his works.
